Her teaching journey, marked by academic excellence and emotional intelligence, worked with reputed National and International Schools, What sets Pawan Deep apart is her commitment to whole-child education. Beyond the language classroom, she has been an active mentor in Model United Nations (MUN) programs, Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) initiatives, and co-curricular enrichment. She has led international student delegations to South Africa and accompanied school dance troupes to a World Dance Competition in Portugal, offering students invaluable global exposure. Within India, she has organized and led multiple outbound learning tours, further reinforcing her belief in experiential education.
As a department head and workshop leader, Pawan Deep has trained educators, contributed to curriculum development and presented research at IBDP conferences.
